Submit a drawing and equipment duty for an OEM or custom sealing enquiry. Construction, dimensions, quantity and acceptance requirements are reviewed before feasibility, tooling, MOQ and lead time are confirmed.
For packing coils, state material, reinforcement, treatment, section and net weight. For rings, provide ID, OD, height, quantity, split form and any ring-set arrangement. Molded profiles require angles, mating geometry, density and end-cap details where applicable.
Include drawing number, revision, units and tolerances. Define the medium, concentration, temperature, pressure and motion. Identify prohibited materials, test requirements and inspection acceptance criteria. Proposed substitutions require approval.
Provide trial quantity, annual demand, size breakdown, destination and required dates. State sample or first-article requirements. Request confirmation of tooling, price, MOQ and lead time, then approve the agreed drawing revision before production authorization.
Submit proposed artwork, label content, barcode and carton marks. Branding, custom dimensions and documentation are subject to feasibility review and written confirmation. Product identification and required safety information must remain clear.
