Product acceptance starts with an agreed specification. Define material, dimensions, construction, inspection criteria and required documents before placing the order. A catalogue description does not replace a test report or application-specific approval.
Identify the grade, yarn, reinforcement, treatment and restricted constituents. The model, drawing and purchase-order description should identify the same construction. Confirm legacy or alternate product codes in writing.
Specify section, ring ID, OD, height and tolerances. For coils, agree net weight and identification. For molded parts, define the required density and measurement basis. State the acceptance criteria rather than relying on a nominal size alone.
Identify any required conformity statement, material record, inspection report or third-party test at enquiry stage. Document availability, applicable grade and scope need confirmation. Agree batch identification, labels and packing-list requirements before ordering.
Confirm temperature, pressure, motion, chemical identity and concentration. Do not infer food-contact or low-emission certification from an application list. For an order investigation, provide purchase reference, product identification, measurements, photographs and operating conditions.
Review the product range or contact Kaxite to clarify the requirement.
